These 3 new Mitsubishi split system air conditioners were installed in Lathlain for a client. All 3 were a new installation where the 4th unit was moving the outdoor from one location and installing it to a common area. The rooms were all around the house so all the pipe work was run through the roof space and back to this location. The outdoor unit was mounted on the roof which you may notice has the black pipe insulation. I see so often where white insulation is used in this scenario only for it to leak 12 months down the track. The black insulation in UV resistant and doesn't break down over time which keeps it leak free. Do it properly the first time to save headaches later down the road.
