LEADING AIR NEWS

We get this question often in regards to changing over an evaporative air conditioner to reverse cycle. It is definitely possible, just be aware that everything needs to be replaced. Every house is different when it comes to the installation so a site visit is required. The new Fujitsu ducted air conditioner was installed in Carlisle. We completely removed the old Breezeair evaporative unit and closed up that section of the roof it was removed from with replacement tiles. The new air con is controlled via a touchscreen tablet on the wall or via wifi from your phone. All rubbish and the old system was taken away leaving no mess for the client.

These 3 new Mitsubishi split system air conditioners were installed in Lathlain for a client. All 3 were a new installation where the 4th unit was moving the outdoor from one location and installing it to a common area. The rooms were all around the house so all the pipe work was run through the roof space and back to this location. The new Ciara models all have wifi built in which allows control from your phone or tablet.

Archer St Physio required an air conditioner in the waiting room. The old weather board style always gets very cold in winter so they opted for the Fujitsu which covers the waiting room and office. The outdoor unit was mounted on the roof which you may notice has the black pipe insulation. I see so often where white insulation is used in this scenario only for it to leak 12 months down the track. The black insulation in UV resistant and doesn't break down over time which keeps it leak free. Do it properly the first time to save headaches later down the road.
